Gilded Sorrow is a fictional series based on the Norse mythological love story of Freya and Od.
It tells the story of golden tears that reflect a duality between grief and the intense experience of love. Tears shed in sorrow for a lost beloved, yet also in gratitude for having loved so deeply.
